Ambuja Cements has informed that the share allotment & investor grievance committee at its meeting held on June 05, 2012 has allotted 1491850 equity shares on exercise of the stock options by the employees.
Under the stock option scheme 2007, 1080300 shares were allotted, for 2008 scheme 110950 shares were allotted, for 2008 (Grant - II) scheme 750 shares were allotted, for 2009 scheme 112400 shares were allotted and for 2010 scheme, 187450 shares were allotted. So, the company allotted a total of 1491850 equity shares.
