Bharat Forge has received an approval for acquisition of remaining 40% stake in its subsidiary company - Analogic Controls India (ACIL). Upon acquisition, ACIL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 10, 2017 has approved for the same.
Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
