FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per June 5 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equities while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1496.30 crore against gross sell of Rs 2070.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 574.20 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1149.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 792.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 357.20 crore in debt.
