Cybermate Infotek has received its board’s approval for expansion of overseas operations either through a Subsidiary or through a Joint Venture for carrying on IT & ITES related business in one or more countries. The company’s board also gave approval to raise additional funds by way of QIP/FCCBs/GDRs/ADRs/Other convertible instruments as per SEBI regulations and FEMA guidelines up to $20 million.
