RTS Power Corporation has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations,2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and three months ended on 30th June, 2017 for all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from 4th September, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on 14th September, 2017.
