Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has informed that the committee of the board of directors at its meeting held on June 06, 2012, has allotted 2,37,401 fully paid up equity shares of the Rs. 10 each to eligible employees of the company in terms of the employee stock option schemes, (ESOS). The equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the company.
Consequent to the issue and allotment of the equity shares under DHFL employees stock option schemes to the eligible employees of the company, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from the present Rs. 116,83,99,810 divided into Rs. 11,68,39,981 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 117,07,73,820 divided into Rs. 11,70,77,382 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
