V-Mart Retail has informed that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Delhi Karnataka Sangha Auditorium, Rao Tularam Marg, Sector -12, R.K. Puram, New Delhi - 110022. The company also informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, the September 12, 2017 to Wednesday, the September 20, 2017 in connection with Annual General Meeting and for the purpose of Dividend. Further, in term of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulation, we also inform that the Board has fixed Monday, September 11, 2017 as record date for the purpose of determining Members who would be entitled to the dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the 15th Annual General Meeting.
