Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any ‘Insider’ covered under the said Regulations will be closed with immediate effect from 2 P.M. today up to the closing hours of 8th September, 2017 for considering un-audited Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017 of FY 2017-18.
