Vidli Restaurants has decided to float a new company by investing to the extent of Rs 10,00,000 in the name and style of ‘Quickup Foods’ or any other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Company to carry on business in hospitality in joint venture with other parties engaged in hotels and hospitality business. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 24, 2017 has approved or the same.
Vidli Restaurants (formerly Vithal Kamats Restaurants) is engaged in the hospitality business and runs chain of restaurants either through own operated outlets or through franchisee operated outlets.
