HT Media’s (HTML) wholly owned subsidiary, HT Digital Ventures (HTDVL) will acquire 42.83% equity stake in another subsidiary of the company, namely HT Digital Streams.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of HTML at its meeting held on August 25, 2017 has considered and approved a Scheme of Arrangement between HT Media and HT Digital Ventures (HTDVL) and their respective shareholders and creditors. The Scheme provides for demerger of the Entertainment & Digital Innovation Business of HTML into HTDVL.
