No. 007419C) Indore, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of ensuring 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of 36th AGM of the Company to be held in 2022, subject to ratification of their appointment at every AGM, in place of existing Statutory Auditors, M.Mehta & Company Chartered Accountants, the retiring Statutory Auditors, in compliance with the mandatory rotation of Auditors as per the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.
