Jindal Online.Com has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has taken the decisions regarding the alteration of memorandum of association of the company by insertion of new sub-clause 90 to the Clause No. III (C) of the memorandum of association of the company and approval of the same through postal ballot under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956.
Further the board appointed Jagdish Verma, practicing chartered accountant as a scrutinizer for passing of the above resolutions through postal ballot and approved the draft notice to the shareholders for passing the resolution through postal ballot.
