Century Plyboards India’s subsidiary - Century Ply (Singapore) in Singapore has acquired further 2% stake in Huesoulin Wood Processing Factory Co., Laos, thereby increasing its aggregate shareholding from 49% to 51%.
Further the name of Huesoulin Wood Processing Factory Co. has also been changed to Century Huesoulin Plywood Lao Co. Consequent upon this acquisition, Century Huesoulin Plywood Lao Co. has become a step-down subsidiary of the company. Century Huesoulin Plywood Lao Co. is engaged in manufacturing and trading in plywood, veneer & all wood products and providing related services.
Century Plyboards (India) is largest seller of plywood and decorative veneers in the Indian organized plywood market. The manufacturing facility of company is located at Bishnupur near Joka, Kolkata.
