FIIs were net buyers of Rs 1377.97 crore in index futures and options segments on June 07

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1377.97 crore in index futures and options segments on Thursday, June 07, 2012.

FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1131.51 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 246.46 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 641.11 crore, and they also bought stock options worth Rs 35.82 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on June 07, 2012 is 32.98%.
