Media Matrix Worldwide transfers entire stake in DTPL to KDMSL

Media Matrix Worldwide has transferred its entire stake held in DigiCall Teleservices (DTPL) to Karvy Data Management Services (KDMSL) in terms of Share Purchase Agreement signed on August 02, 2017, after obtaining the shareholders’ approval through postal ballot on August 26, 2017.

Pursuant to above DTPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from September 6, 2017; and DigiCall Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of DTPL and a step down subsidiary of the company, has also ceased to be a subsidiary of the company with effect from September 6, 2017.

Media Matrix Worldwide is engaged in providing consultancy services. The company is engaged in the business of digital media content and dealing in related activities in media and entertainment industry.
