Crest Ventures has acquired 2,43,788 equity shares held by Hasel River in Classic Mall Development Company (CMDCPL), its associate company, at a consideration of Rs 43.50 crore.
Subsequent to the above acquisition, the equity shareholding of Crest Ventures (including the investment held by the wholly owned subsidiary) in CMDCPL has increased from 45.84% to 49.00%.
Crest Ventures was incorporated to carry on the business of leasing, hire-purchase and investment in securities. It focuses on acquiring and investing in financial assets and real estate.
