Camphor & Allied Products has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held today i.e on Wednesday, 13th September 2017 has been postponed and is rescheduled on Thursday, 14th September 2017, to consider the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2017. The place of the meeting and the Agenda of the meeting remain unchanged. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for promoters, directors, designated employees and others covered under the said code up to 16th September 2017 for the aforesaid purpose.
