Himachal Futuristic Communication (HFCL) is no longer under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Mechanism. The company has completed all the formalities related to exit from CDR Mechanism and the CDR Cell through its letter dated September 1, 2017 which was received by the company on September 12, 2017, informed about successful exit of the company from the CDR mechanism.
Himachal Futuristic Communications is engaged in the manufacturing of telecom equipments and provides turnkey services. The manufacturing facilities of the company are located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh (assembly line), and Salcete, Goa (optical fibre cables).
