Panacea Biotec (PBL) will demerge its real estate business comprising of Radhika Heights (RHL) along with its subsidiaries and two properties viz. DCM Building Property and Jonapur Property into a Resulting Company as a separate listed company.
The company will also demerge the specified leasing business of RHL along with its Mohan Cooperative Property from RHL into PBL.
