The RP has relied upon the assistance provided by the Members of the Audit Committee in review of the financial Results and certifications, representations and statements made by Neeraj Singal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and Nittin Johari, Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer in relation to the financial results.
