Solar Industries’ step down overseas subsidiary-- Solar Overseas Netherlands B.V. has increased its stake in Solar Patlayici Maddeler Sanayi Ve Tiearet Anonim Sirketi from 74.50% to 100% which is also a step down overseas subsidiary of the company.
The company and its subsidiaries have wider experience of running Explosives Business and by making Solar Patlayici Maddeler Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, a wholly subsidiary of Solar Overseas Netherlands B.V., would lead to better control and further growth opportunities in the Business. Hence, it was considered prudent to acquire 100% shareholding of Solar Patlayici Maddeler Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi through Solar Overseas Netherlands B.V.
Solar Industries India manufactures various explosives products, such as Slurry and emulsion base explosives, bulk explosives, detonators, pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN) and accessories.
