Leapfrog Financial Inclusion India Holdings has sold 53 lakh shares of Magma Fincorp. The company has sold 16 lakh shares at Rs 180.09 on the NSE and sold 37 lakh shares at Rs 180.06 on the BSE on September 20, 2017.
However, HSBC Global Investment Fundasia EX Japan Equity Smaller Companies has bought 22.29 lakh shares of the company at Rs 180.17 on the same day.
Magma Fincorp is a non-deposit taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as an asset finance company. It started operations two decades back and is now listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
