Bharat Forge has completed the acquisition of balance 40% shares of Analogic Controls India (ACIL) on September 21, 2017. Accordingly, ACIL has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, the company had received an approval for acquisition of remaining 40% stake in its subsidiary company - ACIL. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 10, 2017 had approved for the same.
Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
