BNP Paribas Arbitrage has reduced its stake in Matrimony.com. The fund house has offloaded 1,34,102 equity shares of the company at Rs 957.47 per share through a block deal on September 21.
BNP Paribas Arbitrage has received 3,86,828 equity shares (representing 1.7 percent of total paid-up equity) through IPO allotment and anchor portion.
Matrimony.com is engaged in providing online matchmaking and marriage services. It offers their services through Internet and mobile platforms in India and internationally. It offers a range of targeted and customized products and services that are tailored to meet the specific requirements of customers based on their religious or caste preferences or other criteria such as marital status and age bracket.
