Accordingly, post the above allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 2,399,308,086 divided into 2,399,308,086 shares of Re 1 each. The meeting Committee of Directors (Allotment) commenced at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 9:45 a.m.
