APL Apollo Tubes has executed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with One to One Holdings (a Holding Company of Daiwa Steel Tube Industries, incorporated in Japan) on September 26, 2017, for manufacturing of in-line galvanized tubes, by incorporating a new Indian Private Company with investment up to Rs 75 crore. Earlier, the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on September 09, 2017 had approved the same.
APL shall have 66 % shareholding in the newly incorporated company and One to One Holdings shall have 34% shareholding in the newly incorporated company.
