The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Zuari Agro Chemicals with Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals (ZFCL), Zuari Speciality Fertilisers (ZSFL) and Zuari Agri Sciences (ZASL). The Scheme shall become effective from the appointed date that is April 1, 2015, upon filing of the certified true copy of the order with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies.
