Cranes Software International has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 13, 2012, has decided to shift the company’s registered office from #29, 7th Cross, 14th Main, Vasanthnagar, Bangalore - 560052 to #2, Tavarekere, Bannerghatta Road, 1st Phase, 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore - 560029 and shareholders of the company may correspond at the new address.
Further, the company notified that all the books of account and statutory records will stand shifted to the new address. This decision has been taken as a control measure and for administrative convenience.
