Physical Rubber prices witness weakness on Wednesday

Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Wednesday in the absence of genuine buyers in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 132/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 132.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 128/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 130/ kg.

In the futures market, October delivery improved to Rs 131.44 compared to its previous closing of Rs 129.51, while November delivery closed at Rs 127.49 compared to its previous close of Rs 127.88 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
