The said Financial Results along with Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon and Investors release on these Financials are enclosed herewith, the appointment of Sunit Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer, additionally as the Company Secretary of the Company effective from October 23, 2017; the appointment of Meenal Bansal as the Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Sunit Malhotra, effective from October 23, 2017; and deferment of the agenda item relating to the restructuring scheme involving the company.
