Graphite India has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2017
The company has reported around six fold jump in its net profit at Rs 89.93 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 15.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.86% at Rs 481.14 crore for Q2FY18 as compared Rs 362.13 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Graphite India is engaged in manufacturing of graphite electrodes. The company set up its first facility at Durgapur in east India in 1967.
