Trading Window shall remain closed from 09 November 2017 to 16 November 2017 for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2017 for the Board Meeting to be convened on 13 November 2017. Thus, specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period.
