PNB Housing Finance has received an approval for issuance of Rupee Denominated Bonds (Masala Bonds) to overseas investors up to $1000 million in one or multiple tranches. The company has also received an approval for issuance of secured and unsecured non-convertible debentures aggregating up to Rs 6,000 crore in tranches. The board of directors at their meeting held on October 25, 2017, has approved for the same.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and upgradation of houses.
