Further in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, and Insider Trading Policy of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain close, for directors and designated employees from 28th October, 2017 to 13th November, 2017. The trading window shall reopen from 15th November, 2017 or next trading session available.
