Indiabulls Housing Finance has settled proceedings with markets regulator The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in connection with alleged shareholding disclosure lapses, after paying over Rs 14 lakh towards settlement fees. The regulator has disposed of the adjudication proceedings initiated against the applicant -- Indiabulls Financial Services (now known as Indiabulls Housing Finance).

Indiabulls Housing Finance is the second largest private housing finance company in India, regulated by the National Housing Bank (NHB).
