Thomas Cook India’s wholly owned subsidiary - TC Tours (formerly known as Thomas Cook Tours) has completed acquisition of 100% stake of TC Travel and Services on October 30, 2017.
The company has also has completed acquisition of 100% stake of TC Forex Services (formerly known as Tata Capital Forex) from TATA Capital on October 30, 2017.
