Bajaj Finance gains on raising Rs 485 crore through private placement

Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 1806.70, up by 7.05 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 1799.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1795.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1817.00 and Rs. 1795.00 respectively. So far 12562 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1989.00 on 08-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 762.30 on 22-Dec-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1835.25 and Rs. 1701.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 104176.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.26%, while institutions and non-institutions held 28.12% and 16.62% respectively.

Bajaj Finance has raised funds aggregating to Rs 485 crore through private placement. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held on October 31, 2017, has allotted 4850 Secured redeemable non-convertibles debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 485 crore.
