Spice Mobility has received an approval for the comprehensive Scheme of Arrangement between the company, Wall Street Finance, Spice Digital, Spice IOT Solutions, S Global Insurance Advisory, Mobisoc Technology and Spice Labs and their respective shareholders and creditors. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on November 03, 2017, approved the same.
