Coffee Day Enterprises has informed that at the meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Company, Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Coffee Day Overseas with Coffee Day Enterprises and their shareholders as approved by the National Company law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench vide its order dated 31.08.2017, 5,250,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company have been allotted to the shareholders of Coffee Day overseas (Transferor Company). The Company has already submitted the Copy of the order, and the company has simultaneously filed with the order with the Registrar of Companies. The Company is in process to make application to the Stock Exchanges with further details for obtaining listing and trading approval for the above mentioned allotted equity shares.
