Mahindra Logistics has debuted at Rs 432.00 on the BSE, up by 3 points or 0.70% from its issue price of Rs 429.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 425.65, down by 3.35 points or 0.78% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 432.00 and Rs 416.55 respectively. So far 8,37,000 shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between October 31 and November 2, was subscribed 7.90 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 429 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 425-429 apiece.
The company provides logistics solutions, warehousing facilities, freight forwarding and supply chain management services. It also provides people transport solutions, a specialised line of business which helps corporate clients move employees to and from the workplace.
