IL&FS Investment Managers has acquired additional 49% equity stake in its subsidiary, IL&FS Asian Infrastructure Managers (IAIML) from ORIX Corporation, Japan. Accordingly IAIML is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company has acquired IAIML at Rs 12.34 per share amounting to a total consideration of Rs 27.76 crore.
IL&FS Investment Managers (IIML), a subsidiary of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS), is one of the oldest and largest private equity fund managers in India.
