Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition of Runnr and other restructuring by Zomato, the company along with its wholly owned subsidiary holds about 44.74% in Zomato on fully converted and diluted basis. Zomato Media owns and operates an online food guide portal www.zomato.com.
