Siemens has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2017 & November 24, 2017, has recommended a dividend of Rs 7 per Equity Share of Rs 2 each (350%) for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2017. The Dividend, as recommended by the BoD, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, would be paid from February 09, 2018.
