Torrent Pharmaceuticals has issued Commercial Paper for an amount of Rs 300 crore on November 24, 2017. ICRA has granted rating of ‘A1+’ for issuance of Commercial papers by the company.

The date of allotment was November 24, 2017, and the date of maturity is May 23, 2018. The Paper will offer coupon of 6.85% per annum.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals is Flagship Company of the Torrent group, a leader in cardiovascular and central nervous system segments. It also has presence in gastro-intestinal, diabetology, anti-infective and pain management segments.
