Hatsun Agro Products is planning to raise funds by way of issue of shares and/ or any other permissible securities to the existing equity shareholders of the company on rights basis. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on December 06, 2017, to consider and approve the same.
Hatsun Agro Products, India's largest private sector dairy, sells liquid milk under the brand name Arokya, ice creams under the brand Arun Icecreams, and a wide range of dairy products under the brand Hatsun.
