Bharat Financial gains on completing second securitization transaction of Rs 419.89 crore

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs. 983.00, up by 1.95 points or 0.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 981.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 990.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 992.00 and Rs. 981.10 respectively. So far 23,110 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1046.50 on 16-Oct-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 465.40 on 27-Dec-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1008.00 and Rs. 972.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13,655.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 1.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 85.67% and 12.68% respectively.

Bharat Financial Inclusion has completed its second securitization transaction in FY18 of Rs 419.89 crore. With this transaction, the company has completed securitization transactions worth Rs 663.67 crore in FY18. The entire pool qualifies for priority sector classification as per the Reserve Bank of India’s Priority Sector Lending Guidelines.

The pool has been rated AA (SO) by a leading rating agency, signifying a high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry a very low credit risk.
