LGS Global has informed that pursuant to Clause(s) 14.8 and 14.9 of the scheme of amalgamation of Ybrant Digital Limited with LGS Global Limited as approved by the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide its order dated on April 11, 2012, the name of the company has been changed from 'LGS GLOBAL LIMITED' to 'YBRANT DIGITAL LIMITED' with effect from June 14, 2012 as per the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name issued by the registrar of companies, Andhra Pradesh.
