Indiabulls Housing Finance has sold its entire shareholding in Indiabulls Life Insurance Company for a cash consideration of Rs 5 lakh to SORIL Holdings and Ventures (SHVL). The company has sold its 100% shareholding in Indiabulls Life Insurance Company, presently a non- operational company with no business or license, to SHVL, at face value for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs 5 lakh.

Indiabulls Housing Finance is the second largest private housing finance company in India, regulated by the National Housing Bank (NHB).
