Parag Shilpa Investments has decided to enter into the business of Information Technology. The company has received board’s approval for the same at the meeting held on June 20, 2012. At present, Parag Shilpa Investments is engaged in Financial Services business.
The company’s board has also decided to increase authorized capital and paid up capital of the company from Rs 25 lakh to Rs 13 crore by creation of 12,750,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and to alter the Memorandum and Articles of Association in this respect.
