Combat Drugs has received an approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), in India. The board of directors at its meeting held on December 14, 2017 has approved for the same.
The company will incorporate WOS in order to diversify and expand its business in the vast Information Technology Segment. The necessary actions for the incorporation of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary will be taken up with immediate effect.
Combat Drugs manufactures and markets pharmaceutical formulations in India. The company offers its products in various forms, such as tablets, capsules, liquid orals, and ointments.
